She shared that this easy habit has been an integral part of her daily routine for nearly two years. Speaking about its impact, the actor said, “I think it’s really worked and I wanted to share this because it’s like a Ram baan. My hair got better, my skin, my nails, everything.”

Chitrangda revealed that her trusted wellness drink is jeera paani, or cumin water. She admitted that while the drink may not be pleasant in taste, its benefits far outweigh the discomfort.
Sharing her routine, she said, “That’s my jeera paani. I’ve definitely stuck with it.” Laughing about its strong flavour, she added, “It’s horrible-tasting jeera paani, but it will give you good skin.” According to the actor, the drink has also played a significant role in boosting her immunity.
