To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Warriors Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. For this article, we begin with the 11th of 19 players who wore the No. 34 jersey for the Warriors.

That player would be Golden State forward alum Tom Tolbert. After ending his college career at Arizona, Tolbert was picked up with the 34th overall selection of the 1988 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets.

The Long Beach, California native played the first season of his pro career with the Hornets before he was cut. He signed with the Dubs in 1989, and played for them until he was cut again, in 1992.

During his time suiting up for the Warriors, Tolbert wore only jersey Nos. 3 and 34 and put up 7.2 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.
