Smokey Robinson is facing two new sexual assault accusations amid $50 million lawsuit.
With the recent allegations, now the total number of former employees alleging misconduct rises to six.
As per the court documents accessed by Entertainment Weekly, two new motions were filed this week.
These requested the addition of John Doe 1 and Jane Doe 5 to the $50 million lawsuit Robinson’s former housekeepers initiated in May.
As per the complaint, 85-year-old repeatedly assaulted staff members during their employment.
Also, Frances Robinson, his wife, allegedly ‘perpetuated a hostile work enviornment’.
John Doe 1 began working for the Robinsons in 2013 as an automobile detailer.
He alleges Smokey frequently harassed him while wearing only underwear.
Smokey even one attempted to force his hand onto Robinson’s ge**tals.
After quitting the job following the incident, John Doe 1 was rehired in 2023 when the alleged behavior continued.
Jane Doe 5 worked as a housekeeper between 2005 and 2011.
She accuses Smokey of often asking her to scrub his back while showering.
He would attempt to force her to touch his private area on multiple occasions and also positioned her for s*x.
Jane Doe 5 alleges that Frances knew about the doings of her husband but did not take action.
She instead inflicted her verbal abuse.
The American R&B singer, however, has denied all the allegations.
