    Ingredients:

    • 1 pack – Yummiez chicken momos (pan-fried)
    • 1 cup – finely shredded lettuce
    • 1 cup – baby spinach
    • 1 cup – julienned carrots
    • ½ cup – thinly sliced cucumber
    • ½ cup – chopped fresh coriander
    • ¼ cup – chopped spring onions
    • 1 tbsp – roasted sesame seeds
    • 1/2 cup – thinly sliced red bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup – thinly sliced radish
    • 2 tbsp – soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp – rice vinegar or lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp – chili crisp or chili oil (adjust to taste)
    • 1 tsp – sesame oil
    • 1 tsp – honey or maple syrup
    • 1 – clove garlic, minced
    • Optional: a dash of fish sauce or miso paste for umami

    Method:

    • Steam or pan-fry the chicken momos as per package instructions.
    • Let them cool slightly and slice each momo in half for better salad integration.
    • In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, radish, cucumbers, coriander, and spring onions. Toss gently.
    • Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
    • Taste and adjust spice, sweetness, or acidity as needed.
    • Add the sliced momos to the salad bowl.
    • Pour the dressing over and toss everything gently to coat.
    • Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
    • Serve immediately for crunch or chill for 10–15 minutes to let flavours meld.
