    Key Q2 Results to Watch

    Shares of State Bank of India, Adani Enterprises, Mahindra & Mahindra, One97 Communications (Paytm), India Hotels, and InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) are likely to remain in focus as these companies are scheduled to announce their second-quarter earnings today.

    Titan

    Titan Company, a key player in the consumer discretionary segment, reported a 59% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,120 crore for Q2.

    Vodafone Idea

    In a major relief to Vodafone Idea, the Supreme Court ruled that the government may review and reconcile the company’s pending adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues, and the review will not be restricted to FY17 liabilities.

    Bharti Airtel

    Bharti Airtel posted an 89% YoY surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 6,792 crore, compared to Rs 3,593 crore in the same quarter last year.

    Zydus Lifesciences

    Zydus Lifesciences will hold a board meeting on November 6 to consider raising up to Rs 5,000 crore through a QIP, rights issue, preferential allotment, or private placement.

    Cipla

    Cipla announced plans to acquire a 100% stake in Inzpera Healthsciences Ltd for approximately Rs 110.65 crore, valuing the enterprise at Rs 120 crore. The all-cash deal is expected to close within a month, subject to customary adjustments.

    Bharti Hexacom

    Bharti Hexacom reported a 66.4% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 421 crore for Q2 FY26, driven by higher ARPU and strong mobile data growth.

    Power Grid

    Power Grid saw its Q2 profit decline nearly 6%, citing higher expenses and delays in project awards and execution.

    Gland Pharma

    Gland Pharma reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 184 crore for the September quarter, up from Rs 164 crore a year earlier.

    Hero MotoCorp

    Hero MotoCorp sold 6.36 lakh units in October, down 6.5% from 6.79 lakh units in the same month last year.
