Kelsey Grammer has some big news to celebrate – he’s a dad again!
The actor, 70, welcomed his fourth child with wife Kayte Walsh, 46, bringing his brood of kids to eight.
The Frasier star shared the big news during an appearance on Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle and Rider Strong’s Pod Meets World podcast, which was released on Monday.

While speaking about his memoir Karen: A Brother Remembers, written in memory of his sister, he slipped the baby news in.
Grammer told the hosts he and Walsh “just had our fourth one, so it just became eight kids.”
“It was, like, three days ago,” he said.
He went on to reveal they welcomed a son, and shared his name.

“Christopher that’s just joined the family,” he added.
The couple, who tied the knot in February 2011, are already parents to Faith, 12, Gabriel, 10 and James, eight.
Grammer also has a daughter named Spencer, 41, who he shares with his first wife Doreen Alderman, a daughter named Greer, 33, with ex Barrie Buckner, and two kids with his ex-wife Camille Grammer, Mason, 23 and Jude, 20.

News Grammer and Walsh were pregnant with their fourth child emerged in June, when they were pictured together in London.
Walsh’s baby bump was on display as they enjoyed a stroll through a park together.
Neither had publicly announced they were expecting again, which added to the surprise reveal during the podcast interview of Christopher’s arrival.
Grammer has previously opened up about fatherhood, admitting that having both older and younger kids has given him a lot to reflect on when it comes to being a parent.
“I have neglected a couple of the kids in my life, especially the first two,” Grammer told People last May.
“I’m trying to make up for a little of it now. I’m still their dad, so you can always have [a] chance to show up.”
The actor hopes his kids will also be able to learn from his own mistakes.

“I’m pretty tolerant with the young ones, but I’m clear about how there’s certain expectations and certain ways to navigate through a social situation: keep it close to the vest and play it straight, and you’re going to be well-served in your life.
“I’m a little more specific with them about doing their studies and being prepared. [I tell them], ‘What’s your job in life? Showing up.'”
