Watch Micah Parsons take field in return to Dallas in Packers-Cowboys
Micah Parsons takes the field ahead of the Green Bay Packers’ game against the Cowboys in his return to Dallas for the first time since the blockbuster trade last month.
Micah Parsons briefly exited the Green Bay Packers-Dallas Cowboys game to treat an injury but he later returned.
The Packers’ star defensive end left the game against the Cowboys on Sunday night in the third quarter and went into the blue medical tent.
He was going for a tackle on a play and appeared to injure his back. The Dallas Cowboys later scored a touchdown on the drive to go ahead 23-20 late in the quarter.
Parsons went into the blue medical tent and the NBC broadcast reported an independent concussion specialist joined him. He was seen on the sideline holding his back.
Parsons returned to the field on the Packers’ next defensive possession with Green Bay now ahead 27-23 after a Josh Jacobs rushing touchdown.

Parsons spent the first four years of his NFL career in Dallas and became an multi-time All-Pro. But a contract dispute led to his trade to the Packers days before the start of the 2025 season.
He nursed a back injury during training camp, though he didn’t practice while with the Cowboys this summer.
Parsons, who hasn’t recorded a sack, has had a quiet game against the Cowboys.
The Packers defense has already lost Devonte Wyatt with a knee injury in the game.
