Kuminga’s camp simply refuses to budge, and the silence is deafening. Is this a break in negotiations borne out of strategy, or could it be the beginning of a messy irreconcilability? Time will tell, but what is for certain is that the Warriors can’t afford to mishandle this. Every roster decision counts with Stephen Curry still in his championship window.
If they don’t act swiftly, the Warriors will have themselves yet another “what could have been” on their hands from the bad end. And in the NBA, hesitation sometimes loses more than money-those are wins.
