Town Hall
A flavour-packed four-course experience, The Lunch Edit brings a curated selection of Town Hall favourites. The meal begins with a warm bowl of Miso soup and a choice of salad, either the nutrient-rich Super Salad or the bold and flavourful Korean Caesar. Diners can then choose an appetiser to suit their mood, from crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura and creamy Avocado Tofu Tartare to smoky Chicken or Mushroom Yakitori and a fresh sushi roll. The main course features hearty Asian bowls with options such as Japanese Katsu Curry, Thai Chicken Krapow, comforting Chicken Teriyaki, or umami-rich noodle dishes. To finish, the dessert course offers a sweet choice between classic ice cream, Honey Toast with Ice Cream, or a decadent Chocolate Walnut Nougat.

House of Ming introduces a limited-time menu inspired by China’s Yunnan Province. The Yunnan Travel Series explores rich, herbaceous flavours and rare ingredients like black sticky rice, shimeji mushrooms, and pickled herbs. Highlights include Crossing the Bridge Noodles, lamb dim sum, and forest-to-table mains — all crafted with ancestral techniques and plated with elegance.

A Feast of Flavour: The Kabab & Beer Festival at Chor Bizarre
Chor Bizarre, the iconic restaurant known for its regional Indian cuisine and Kashmiri specialities, presents the Kabab & Beer Festival this August, a one-month long spirited celebration of smoky kababs and chilled craft beers.
Guests can indulge in two specially curated kabab samplers with unlimited refills, served with chilled beer: Non-Vegetarian- Mahi Seekh Kabab, delicately spiced minced fish skewers; Chapli Kabab, a robust, flattened lamb kabab rich with whole spices; and Peshawari Murgh Tikka, succulent chicken marinated in a blend of yoghurt, chilli and crushed pomegranate seeds. Vegetarian: Achari Paneer, pickling-spice marinated cottage cheese; Malai Soya Chaap, creamy, nutmeg-kissed skewers; and Rampuri Kathal Kebab, a jackfruit-based delicacy with royal Rampuri flavours.
A specially curated kabab menu will also be available, featuring regional favourites like Khumb ki Galouti, Butte aur Dill ke Tikki, and Kundapur Chicken Tikka.
Since its relaunch, Chor Bizarre has celebrated the rich and diverse flavours of India through a series of curated pop-ups, from a royal showcase by the Prince of Ladakh and a Meghalayan menu by Chef Nambie Marak (1st Runner-Up, MasterChef India), to an Odia feast presented by Nandita Das, and vibrant explorations of Parsi and Mangalorean cuisines. Most recently, Chor Bizarre took its signature Kashmiri delicacies and Wazwan to the hills with a special pop-up at The Chalets, Naldehra and Hotel Pineview, Shimla. This month-long festival continues that journey – with fire, spice, and beer.
Guests can also explore Chor Bizarre’s signature Kashmiri dishes and Wazwan, a house specialty that showcases the restaurant’s rich culinary heritage. These traditional flavours are best enjoyed in the restaurant’s unique setting but are also available through bespoke catering for private and corporate occasions.
