Edwin Hodge and Caitlin Bassett have officially joined the cast of “The Terminal List” Season 2, Prime Video has confirmed. The pair will appear in recurring guest roles as the high-stakes military thriller enters production on its next chapter.
Starring Chris Pratt and based on the bestselling novels by Jack Carr, “The Terminal List” follows Navy SEAL James Reece as he uncovers dark conspiracies following a covert mission gone wrong. Season 2 will adapt Carr’s second book, “True Believer”, expanding the narrative into a broader geopolitical landscape.
This casting marks a reunion between Hodge and Pratt, who previously shared the screen in Amazon’s 2021 sci-fi action film “The Tomorrow War”. Hodge recently wrapped his role on CBS’s “FBI: Most Wanted” and has appeared in HBO’s “Winning Time”, Nat Geo’s “Genius: Aretha”, and The “Purge” film franchise.
Bassett joins the series following her breakout co-lead role in NBC’s “Quantum Leap” reboot. A U.S. Army veteran and former military intelligence analyst with deployments to the Middle East, Bassett brings real-world military experience to the screen, aligning with the series’ reputation for tactical authenticity. After her military service, Bassett transitioned into acting, training at the Stella Adler Studio and was selected for the ABC/Disney Discovers Talent Program in 2020.
Season 2 is currently in production, with David DiGilio returning as showrunner. Executive producers include Chris Pratt, Antoine Fuqua, Jack Carr, Max Adams, and Jared Shaw. The series is co-produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Civic Center Media, in association with MRC.
While character details for Hodge and Bassett remain under wraps, fans can expect the upcoming season to deliver double dose of high-intensity action and global intrigue.
