Seldom do we have one to hold back on any facet in Sonja Morgan’s portfolio of life: The ace reality TV star dredged the Internet at long last with the recent bath drama, which has wired the audience for all the wrong, or perhaps right, reasons. Morgan, with murky water and bubbles in her tub and remote in her hand, posted the picture with the caption: “Just a girl, her bubbles, and no interruptions.” And the reaction? Well, anything but serene.

The actual photograph gushes relaxation-soft light, plush towels, and so much bubbles that one can get lost in. Morgan is chill, giving life to #BathTimeBliss; however, in that comments section came the full-blooded backlash! “Honey you are not a sex symbol please stop,” came the blow of one user, while another said, “I think she looks awesome stop with the hate.” An immediate split happened.
Remotes on the other hand… Remotes! It almost stole the scene. One user teased, ‘Who knew a remote could upstage Sonja??????’ Another added ‘It’s the remote for me 😂,’ emphasizing the absurdity of having such an object in an otherwise majestic moment. Some began questioning the morality of the intern behind such a decision: ‘Which one of her interns had to do this?’
Then the argument about “feet pictures” started. ‘Sonja. Free feet pics. In this economy?!’ chuckled one user, while another cautioned: ‘Girl don’t give those feet pics away free!’ The web madness over Morgan’s toes was awfully lovely and simultaneously confusing, again proving that not a single detail escapes observation.
At some point, the line(s) were drawn to the bathtub pictures of Britney Spears. One commented, ‘Britney Spears ran so she can walk,’ throwing in an analogous comparison between the two pop culture moments. Others were on the fence, oscillating between hysterical or cringe-worthy.’ Namely, they went with the latter.’
Amidst all this, plumps of support emerged. ‘Self care you deserve it queen 👑,’ chimed one, ‘I love these so much,’ said another. Morgan indeed is everything this generation cannot be: opposing yet entertaining.

One way or another-unbearable or refreshing-everyone agrees on one thing: Sonja Morgan sure knows how to generate conversation. Then maybe in today’s world of oversharing, that counts as self-care.
