Cody Rhodes recently took to social media to hype the podcast’s recent episode, entitled ‘What Do You Want To Talk About,’ featuring WWE superstar Kevin Owens. The episode has been showered with love by viewers, and rightly so-it’s hilarious, candid, with loads of stories, and an Owens-inspired Sami Zayn impression that has every listener buzzing.

And then the episode takes some testing confrontations on Rhodes and Owens’ very different personalities: Rhodes half-joking about how they prepare for things completely opposite to each other-Hours and hours beforehand, Rhodes would have been stretching, planning for every single detail; while Owens, on the other hand, is an ultimate last-minute guy, who goes all the way freestyling right up to the last few seconds of the event. Pure gold in every way, especially when Owens, without even finishing a sentence, drops this chillingly apt Sami Zayn impression.
People kept coming back for more, and feedback was almost totally positive. One viewer was all chuckling over how they had just crushed one another in a ladder match two months ago, and now here they were, laughing their heads off. Someone else was so happy for the cure; they re-watched it twice-the absolute mood lifter for the week!
Even the wrestlers started related recounting of instances of the dreaded ‘Sami Time’-a gentle jab at Zayn‘s well-known last-minute antics. The camaraderie that Rhodes and Owens share made this feel more like two mates chatting than a structured interview.
What made this episode distinctive? Realism. There was no scripted banter, no fakery, just two wrestling legends exchanging stories and jokes, offering the audience an insider’s view rarely afforded to them. Whether Owens is ragging on Rhodes for his strict routines or Rhodes is cracking up at Owens’ ridiculousness, that ken between two is palpable.
The podcast, by Wheatley Vodka, continues to churn out must-listen content, and this one is yet another episode along that line. If you have missed the very first episode, let this one be the official sign.
Fans have started throwing names for the next guest-Who knows? Naomi, Rhea Ripley, or perhaps even Sami Zayn himself to answer the call. Whatever lies ahead will definitely be fun in the witty company of Cody Rhodes.
