David Beckham, 50, has been photographed recovering in hospital from an unknown incident.
Victoria Beckham, 51, posted a photo of her husband smiling in his hospital bed wearing a hospital gown with his arm in a blue sling.
The former footballer also appears to be attached to hospital monitoring equipment in the photo.

“Get well soon daddy,” Victoria captioned the photo that she posted to her Instagram Story.
In a follow up photo, Victoria posted a photo of a friendship bracelet wrapped around Beckham’s hand that reads, “Get well soon”.
In the second photo, Beckham appears to be in bed back at home so it appears the hospital stint was brief.
Victoria did not provide any context about the circumstances surrounding the hospital photo.

David’s recent hospital trip comes amid a reported ongoing family feud. It appears David and Victoria have had a falling out with their eldest son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
The rumours have been bubbling away for a while but Brooklyn added extra fuel to the fire only hours ago with a birthday tribute to his “nanny.
Brooklyn, 26, took to his Instagram Stories to share a photo with his grandmother Sandra Beckham, who is David Beckham’s mother.
Sandra is celebrating her 76th birthday.
“Happy birthday nanny .. love you so much,” he captioned the photo.

It was the first time Brooklyn has acknowledged his family on social media since seemingly snubbing his father’s 50th celebrations in May.
Earlier this week, Brooklyn further fueled rumours of a rift with his family when he wished his father-in-law Nelson a happy birthday, having failed to publicly acknowledged his own father’s milestone.
He shared a photo with wife Nicola Peltz alongside her father Nelson, 83, writing: “Happy Birthday Nelson x we love you ❤️.”

David and Victoria Beckham also failed to acknowledge Brooklyn’s gushing wedding anniversary post on April 9.
Reports of a feud within the Beckham family have been gaining momentum over the past few months.
Fuelling them is the fact no-one in the family has denied the rift, which reportedly began after Nicola chose to wear a Valentino design for her wedding dress instead of one by her now mother-in-law Victoria Beckham.
Both camps have remained silent on the matter, doing nothing to confirm or deny the rumour.
