1. Golden Brew
Ingredients
• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
• 60 ml Cold brew coffee (unsweetened)
• 15 ml Vanilla syrup (or simple syrup with vanilla)
Method
Fill an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Pour in whisky, cold brew coffee, and vanilla syrup. Stir well to chill and slightly dilute.
Glassware: Old-fashioned (tumbler) glass
Garnish: Orange twist
Ice: One large cube
2. Blonde Sour
Ingredients
• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
• 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Simple syrup
• (Optional: 1 egg white for froth)
Method
Shake whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup vigorously with ice (and egg white, if using). Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Glassware: Old-fashioned (rocks) glass
Garnish: Lemon twist and cherry
Ice: Cubed
3. Sweet Summer
Ingredients
• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
• 30 ml Fresh watermelon juice (or strawberry purée)
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice
• 15 ml Simple syrup
• 60 ml Club soda, to top
Method
Shake whisky, watermelon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with club soda. Stir gently.
Glassware: Collins glass
Garnish: Watermelon wedge and mint sprig
Ice: Crushed
4. Bright Tropic
Ingredients
• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
• 45 ml Pineapple juice
• 30 ml Coconut water (or coconut cream for richness)
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass.
Glassware: Hurricane glass
Garnish: Pineapple wedge and mint sprig
Ice: Crushed
5. Blonde Bloom
Ingredients
• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
• 15 ml Elderflower liqueur (e.g. St-Germain)
• 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 30 ml Club soda, to top
Method
Shake whisky, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
Glassware: Collins glass
Garnish: Lemon twist and an edible flower
Ice: Cubed
